Slideshot — takin' the traffic 'round the next bend

The Rules

Quick start:

Gaming Details:

(1) Slideshot is played on a rectangular field composed of rows and columns.

(2) Scattered around the game area are horizontal and vertical tiles displaying the outlines of a track. These tiles can only be moved along one axis. The track consists of L-, S- or U-shaped parts.

(3) Tap the upper left corner of the game area to shoot a small puck down the leftmost column.

(4) The puck has to reach the target field in the upper right corner of the game area.

(5) To guide the puck into the target you have to slide the tiles to form the right track. To solve a level the puck has to pass through all available tiles on it's way from the source to the target field.

additional interface elements:

(6) Use the menu button to call the game's main menu. Here you can access a short description of the game, call up information about its' makers and toggle sound effects output.

(7) The level button calls up the level selection dialogue. Here you can jump over levels you want to try again later or replay past levels. All levels are grouped into five difficulty sets. In order to reach levels of a higher difficulty rating you have to solve all levels of the current rating.

automatic saving:

The current level and position of tiles are saved automatically upon leaving the game, alongside all previously solved levels. To clear this data you have to remove the game from your device and reinstall it. But be careful as you will thereby loose all access to previously unlocked higher difficulty levels!
